Comfortable home-like apartment with gorgeous view
The place is fantastic: the builing is situated on one of the most beautiful boulevards in the city, and is only 2mn by foot to the metro station Sanduo. My studio room, located on the 31st floor, has a gorgeous view of the harborside of the city, overlooking some stunning architecture including the famous Tuntex 85 and a 68-floor skyscraper under construction. The room consists of a kitchenette (no cooking facilities though), a bathroom, a seating area and a sleeping area, plus a small balcony from which we could watch the beautiful sunset over Kaohsiung Harbor and Taiwan Strait. The decor is classic, with a home-like feel, and overall it's very comfortable. There is also a washing machine on the balcony. Next to the entrance of the builidng there is a Family Mart for buying food/drink and other necessities.

Unpleaseant Stay
It was my worst experience since I started booking thru Hotel.com! I arrived at 4pm, was told to wait for a moment as the housekeeper was checking the room, coming down shortly to bring us up. After half an hour, I checked with the counter, they told me room not ready need another half an hour. They should have told us from the beginning so that we can walk around and find some food instead of standing outside the counter suffering from hunger for half an hour before telling us room not ready. Next felt disappointment with the water pressure, was very small for a thorough bath. Finally, told us about there is washing machine to use, but due to the water pressure, it took around 40 min to fill up the washer tub. Total washing time took us 2 hours plus...which we have to wait to hang before we go to bed.

I am so sorry to let you waiting so long time to check in , all the rooms should be cleaned so it should be took more time . We fix the water pressure problem already. For the inconvenience, I'm sorry, I will make every effort to improve the above problem

Dated facilities in an old building; nice staff
The pictures online look NOTHING like the apartment we were assigned, which was probably last redecorated in 1980. It was fairly cramped and the amenities were very basic and/or old (I ended up buying a shower curtain because ours was all mildewed). They did provide fresh towels and daily trash removal, and the weekly cleaning was good. The location is okay - very convenient to MRT, but not really the central part of KH. The staff were all very nice, but I don't think anyone speaks English except the manager.

Comfortable stay
Room was beautiful and the owner actually placed a box of delicious cookies with a card written 'happy new year'. It was such a nice gesture and the location is very convenient. 200m away from KRT. Definitely will stay here again when im in kaohsiung. Lastly, thanks louis for everything.

Studio apartment with good view
More a studio apartment than a hotel. Nice room with balcony and a great view. There is a fridge and microwave but no stove. Lobby is around the corner from the entrance and the staff does not speak English. But I thought this was very nice accommodation, better than many standard hotels.

Nearby mrt and nice and cheap
Hotel is near convenience store and about 5 minutes walk from mrt. There is a bicycle rental about 2 mins away. Room is big enough for two and comfortable with sofa, Electric kettle and washing machine. Will come back again

Cozy Little Apartment
We were lucky to be able to check in 1 day earlier due to mixed up of travel date. The city view on 28th floor was fantastic! Quiet neighborhood, convenient store downstairs,located next to MRT and shopping mall.

Spacious room & nice location
Overall, I am very Happy with the apartement, it can fit up to 4 adults. Very convinient location, near Mega Malls, Sogo & Shinkong Mitsukoshi dept store and near KRTC MRT train stasion and many bus stops. But I was a bit upset because when I booked the room I requested late check out, but the day the receptionist informed me I have to pay extra hourly charge. So I hope next time The booking details I made via hotels.com passed to the hotel properly.

真的不是很優的地方 水壓不足 沒得停車 再加上Hotels.com 的系統辨識不佳 我訂兩大兩小（一個5一個8歲）的房型 結果說我是訂兩人房 請問是要怎麼睡改成4人房加收費用1000 搞得一間房變約1600 沒那個價值 沒車位 沒早餐 隨便找個汽車旅館都比這裡好

您好 由於您訂的房間，是一張標準雙人床的雙人房，是無法睡四人，若您執意要住標準雙人房的話，也是委屈您自己。 再者，標準雙人房與標準四人房的價格本就不同,在當日也以優惠價提供您標準四人房. 我店未提供早餐及免費停車位,在訂房說明上也有顯示,附近都有收費停車場,且過年期間到大年初三前,路邊停車格不收費. 過年期間,汽車旅店價格至少是我店的2倍價 以上,造成您的不悅,敬請見諒

ホテルではなく、民泊のような感じ？ マンションの一室なので隣の部屋は普通に人が住んでます笑 なので、看板もなく、レセプションも裏通りにあって最初は戸惑うかもしれません。 新光路と文林路の角のファミリーマートから文林路に入りすぐ左側が入口。レセプションは文林路をさらに先に行って左手に路地があるのでそこを入ると左側にあります。 清掃、ベッドメイキングはありませんが、タオルの交換とゴミは毎日捨ててくれます。 アメニティも歯ブラシやヘアブラシ、壁に据付けのシャンプーとボディーソープ程度は置いてあります。 普通のマンションなので、家庭用冷蔵庫や電子レンジなどもあり寝るだけなら十分。 MRT三多商圏駅まで徒歩3分、LRTの駅までも歩ける距離なので観光にも便利な場所だと思います。 今回2度目の利用ですがまた高雄に行くときには利用したいと思います。

3分鐘到捷運站，附近有大遠百貨，崇光百貨，三越百貨，食的選擇都算多，好方便，比一般房形較大，有露台，接待處阿姨人很好，很有禮貌。是次更不小心訂錯日子，住宿那邊更特別讓我免費更改日期，非常窩心，Expedia 服務員更耐心幫忙聯絡店家為我作更正，讚

夜１２時を若干過ぎてもチェックインできた。深夜・早朝はフロントは閉じていて、ビルの管理人も不在（朝６時過ぎにビルの管理人が来訪する模様。）チェックイン時のフロントのシャッターは閉じたままで、ビルの管理人に鍵を渡してチェックアウトできるようです。

宿泊のは30階のシティビューでベランダつき、眺望抜群。 高雄空港からMRTで12分、ホテルから駅まで徒歩3分、ファミマは隣、夜市も徒歩圏と非常に便利。 部屋は広々としており、ダブルベッド2台に広めのソファーつき。 設備は電子レンジ、家庭用の冷蔵＆冷凍庫、洗濯機があった。 なお、難点は受付が一目ではわからないこと。 「RECEPTION」と書かれた青い壁が受付です。 こんな良い宿はなかなかありません。 また泊まるつもりです。
