We were looking for something in the area, and most places listed were like those in the overly commercialised and hyped Genting Highlands resort. But The Chateau was something in another league - for those who want the scenery and the serentiy that you would hope to find in the mountains, well away from the crowds and casinos. Room was clean with basic amenities albeit a box of tissue will be better. Slightly small for the shower area and noisy ventilation fan in the toilet. Highly recommended for those who wish to have a short stay in Bentong. Staff was friendly and helpful. Since it is a new building and hotel, hope the standard can be maintained.

Basic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby.

Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!

Quiet resort

Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless

Staff are v friendly and helpful.A little home away from home

Berjaya Hills Golf & Country Club is a very good hotel up in the highlands, surrounded by a serene and peaceful jungle. Hotel staff were polite and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. Room is spacious and super clean, with good shower pressure and heat. Airconditioning is very good and cleaniliness is very good. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berjaya Hills!

Its a great new apartment. Thanks to the mgmt, they gave me a splendid apartment facing KL. On a clear night, the view to KL is spectacular

Good mountain view and location

Fast check in and out, nice view and well maintain clean property.. very satisfied and happy,

Lovely accomodation. Though the only aspect I didn't enjoy was the fact that the check-in building was quite far from the actual accomodation and was rather inconvenient to walk from one building to another.

All was good except the check in instructions had a bit of communication error. Tower 6 was not able to find at the main swimming pool deck. Collect of keys was disrupted and caused some delays. Wifi at tower 6 unit was not there, no access at all. After feedback, the admin arrange another room at tower 2 for the 2nd night. Which was much better than the 1st night. Thank you. Overall was a pleasant experience.

Well maintained and clean…

The place is so nice. Very cold and very homie. but its just that we didnt expect that they will put us in like a connecting room? luckily nobody checked in there during our stay. but overall its okay and nice place :) shuttle service is sooo convenient every hour they have a service going to sky avenue and in a no hassle booking also. the room is so spacious too. got dining and all stuffs. its like an airbnb already but were expecting a microwave hehehe but they dont have but its okay. no...
