"The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to both the KTM and MRT stations via covered walkways. It is also connected to a nearby shopping centre, making it very convenient to get around without worrying about the weather. Highly recommended for its accessibility and convenience."

"For those travelling long distance my advice is get the hotel to book a taxi for you. When you exit the arrivals the younbglad is there and gives directions as to where to get the taxi. It's an hour from the airport to the hotel. The location is excyans I would strongly advise the Sky Bar. The Petronas Towers are straight in front of you. Hotel staff are exceptional, respectful and nothing is a problem. Well worth the stay...."

The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and great facilities. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur."
