"Room was fine. Staff were excellent. Suggest that someone may it a regular thing to give the tv remotes a clean. If the one in our room was anything to go by, they are quite dirty. Offered as helpful advice, not a complaint."

"Second time have stayed at Shoreline and will come and stay again when next in Napier. Had stayed in another beachfront Motel prior to Shoreline which was more expensive however Shoreline had a bigger outdoor balcony which you could comfortably sit on and chill out without feeling cramped in. Also the receptionist was super friendly."
