All rooms are twin so you have to reconfigure your beds yourself. The hotel room is a bit dated yet ...
The room is spacious, free mini bar, the public bath is good. Hotel shuttle to the station and ski area. Just 6 mins walk to old Karuizawa.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hot location is good. Hotel is clean and comfort. Dinner tasted good too.
