Clean and good size room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful and spacious lobby. Just a short walk to a train station and three train stops to Tokyo station. Also very easy to get to Tokyo Disney as well.

We had a wonderful stay. We only stayed for one night and wished we were in Tokyo for longer--we would have stayed here for sure. The hotel and the surrounding garden is beautiful. After a busy week in Japan, we thoroughly enjoyed walking through the gardens in the morning before heading to the airport. The gardens host the 'cloud' feature which is amazing to see. Even more importantly, the gardens are home to historic sites from Japan's extensive history. It is clear that the hotel and its staff take immense pride in keeping up with the grounds. The service was immaculate as well. We felt incredibly relaxed and pampered the whole time we were there, and are very thankful to the staff for their professionalism and care. We are already looking forward to our stay the next time we are back in Tokyo.

Based on photos, I expected a more Ace standard vs mid-level hotel so was disappointed for the price paid. The staff were all very nice though!

Great staff. Rooms have good space and clean. Location- Walkable to plenty of restaurants and public transportation.
