"本当の軽井沢ではないですが、雰囲気や気候は確実に軽井沢の隠れ家的なホテルです。 北欧風をコンセプトにしているようにスタイリッシュでシンプルで広々とした空間です。 野菜が自慢のレストランだけあって、野菜がおいしいです。野菜が入ったソーセージやスープが絶品でした。 今回はお部屋にサウナが付いているタイプを選んだのですが、ドアのタイプが以前東京で事故があった取っ手のタイプだったので、ちょっと怖かったです。あと非常ボタンもなかったように思います。 ベッドは広々でぐっすり眠れました。 子連れで予約すると階段の転落防止柵が取り付けてあり、助かりました。 アメニティーは充実していて ドライヤーはRifa です。 お風呂は追い焚きができるタイプです。 13:00チェックアウトなので 忙しくなければゆったりできます。"

"24時間以内にチェックインメールが来ると表示あるも15時になっても来ませんでした。他の部屋にチェックインのお客様が部屋にあるタブレットで楽天に連絡してくれて何とか入室出来ました。あとでわかった事で、予約完了画面の「施設への問い合わせ」から入室ルームナンバー等の表示がありました。 大変分かりづらいでした。"
