Remember to book in advance if you are arriving from the train station as this will save you the taxi fare! The rooms are large and the public bath is a treat. "The property is so close to Karuizawa station and the famous outlet. I originally planned for 2 nights but have decided to stay just 1 night. The male evening staff was so helpful to cancel my 2nd night without charging me and told me I would get a refund from Expedia. Let’s wait and see! Will definitely stay here again! "
