Very well run resort. Nicely landscaped but a bit remote from Kastoria for evening entertainment/dining.

I’ve been to Kastoria several times. The Hotel and property are perfect- 5 stars - on par with the Hilton if from the USA - we had the largest room- bed was comfortable, room was extremely clean. The exercise facility had new equipment so my kids were happy!! The staff was professional and friendly If visiting I’d recommend this hotel.

Amazing lake view from the room / location is great and public areas of the hotel are as you'd expect. The gym was great too. Breakfast had many options, a little average on the quality side, but definitely edible overall. We felt the room was a little under par - no tea/coffee-making facility, shabby TV, not that we ever watch the TV, just looked a bit rubbish. The biggest issue was the mattress/bed - we like our sleep and although the bed wasn't uncomfortable, it felt way under what you'd expect from a 5* hotel, every slight movement either of us made would wake the other one up. Also, sitting up in bed moved the bed away from the wall. It didn't feel very solid - ikea springs to mind. We also thought the staff were a bit stingy behind the bar, we wanted a couple of large glasses to take up to the room one night, and they would only give us small tumblers saying we weren't allowed to have different glassware in the rooms. The staff were very helpful elsewhere though.

This hotel overlooks the lake of Kastoria and most amenities that a tourist wants; clean rooms, good restaurants, outdoor swimming pool, etc. While there is no 5 star hotel in this town, they do a very good job overall.

Τα δωμάτια με θέα Λίμνη είναι καταπληκτικά. Πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο με όλα τα μέτρα για το Covid 19 και φυσικά πεντανόστιμο πρωινό με πολλές επιλογές για όλους.

This stay was amazing and particular, staying for 10 days after so long not traveling. The staff is friendly and professional. Always listen Otto your need and care of you in any possible way. I ho to this hotel since 2013 and it feels like home. What else can I say? I will never change. It is my second home!

Positive: Great Location with straight view to the lake. Delicious breakfast - the apple pie is a masterpiece!! Big and comfortable bed. Polite and helpful staff. Negative: Poor sound proof. Especially the room door was too thin. Even the corridor light was coming in to the room.

Bad attitude
the staff were not nice and not helpful. they didn't know what to advise regarding availability of Covid tests in their own town so we had to leave the hotel to Thessaloniki and pay one night more. when we asked them not to charge the second night they refused, meaning the charged us for a service the didn't supply. we don't recommend to use this hotel.

Great resort
Its a really nice resort, but now its off season and the pool doesnt work, only the gym is open. The buffet breakfast was not so good due to covid 19, you should guess what you want and ask them. The view from the room to the lake was outstanding and worth staying at this hotel.

Close to Kastoria city
In the outskirts of Kastoria (you need a car to move!) nice hotel with big comfortable clean rooms with good wifi signal Pity you will be charged to use the Spa area! Some of the garden view have a look on roofs (like mine) but not important for my 1 night stay.

Nice view at the lake and confortable room. HOWEVER, regardless the high temperatures (36-40 Celcius) and the heat wave, there wher NO AIR CONDITIONING at the communal areas and facilities of the hotel, so we had to stay at our room!! We had to complain to the managing personnel, however they denied to turn on the air conditioning claiming that this was their policy. The hotel should inform its visitors about this policy during the summer months. I wiil not visit this hotel in the summer. NEVER AGAIN. It is unacceptable for a hotel to make not only its visitors but also its employees suffer from the extremely high temperatures at the communal areas.
