"Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are doing well. I want to inquire about a refund for my reservation. My original arrival date was June 17; however, my flight was delayed, and I was unable to arrive or check in that night. As a result, I did not stay at the hotel on June 17 and only stayed for one night afterward. Would it be possible to receive a refund or credit for the night I was unable to use due to the flight delay? I would greatly appreciate your consideration. "Everything was amazing and beautiful. The AC in the hotel room is very cold so you don’t have to worry about the AC not working at all. The food like breakfast is definitely a must eat at, especially the lunch and dinner. My girlfriend and I didn’t get the lunch and dinner, but the breakfast was very delicious. If you want something sweet without the alcohol, I would recommended getting the Virgin Pina Colada. I don’t know if they have it available for lunch and dinner, but they have it for breakfast. The staff were on point with their tasks and especially welcoming guests. There’s also a ABC store nearby that’s very walkable. It’s called “Island Country Markets”, just a 5-8 minute walk with additional souvenirs shops and a couple of restaurants. Definitely a 100/10 worth staying at."
