"For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

"Absolutely loved this property! It’s a very unique experience with the hot springs and how you are able to walk around the hotel without shoes. The atmosphere of the hotel was also very relaxing and the rooms were very quiet. They have many amenities for guests such as massage chairs, coffee machine, and yakult/ice cream after hot spring baths. I recommend getting the additional breakfast buffet. They have such a variety of foods and even freshly fried tempura! I honestly didn’t even have to eat...

"We love the location of this hotel that it is located just above the Namba Station. The room was big enough for our family of 4, which fits our American standards. Tons of restaurants and shopping inside the station or outside on the streets. Walkable to Dotonbori and other areas. Daily breakfast buffet was a plus as most places don't open until 10am."
