"When checking in they brought our luggages to our room! Definitely made it easier for us after a long day of walking. Clean and very spacious! The laundry machine was very effective and dried the clothes perfectly! Definitely recommend this location especially since it’s so close to the JR and Asakusa line! Staff were all friendly!"

"It was my first time in Tokyo, and my stay was splendid. The staff was very patient and friendly. I would sometimes amuse them with my little japanese and google translator. Would definitely stay here again while in Tokyo. My only suggestion is to consider implementing a lunch and dinner component. The keikyu-kamata station is a few minutes walk with many surrounding restaurants making a convenient stay for new comers to Tokyo. "
