"😔 No bell hops to assist with luggage at entrance. No smiles at check in. No appreciation of guest; we were invisible. So-so breakfast. Basement dungeon gym. Very clean tiny room. Dark hotel without any personality, charm or grace. Located in a large complex, over a subway entrance, several restaurants in neighboring malls, interesting Panasonic Museum and quite fun Miyazaki-designed large copper clock with active parts. Next time, different hotel."

It took 45 minutes and four attempts for someone to finally assist guests when they asked for their bags to go relax in their room. The pushy cleaning staff, the ridiculously long lines to speak to someone at the front desk, and the overall unpleasant experience made me reconsider staying here. I highly recommend choosing an APA hotel instead."

"A lovely hotel in a quiet area, yet only about 20 minutes by train or metro to reach the main sights. As a walker, I found it took around 45 minutes to an hour to get to Ginza. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a well‑kept bathroom that made the stay even more pleasant. The staff were consistently helpful and polite, and the food at the hotel was very good. There are also plenty of eateries nearby, making dining easy and enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again."
