We love Kamata so easy to get to Tokyo . This is our 2nd stay at the Oriental Express. It's great. I will say that the property is just showing a little sign of wear. None the less it's quiet , windows open, good tea and coffee ,comfortable beds, staff is helpful and nice too!

Nice location and friendly staff. There are two convenient stores and one super market in 1-2 minutes distance so it’s very easy to get things you need. And it’s really easy to get here from Haneda airport. Will definitely come back

Great area in quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to the train station. Got to almost all areas in Tokyo in under 30 minutes. This was our 2nd stay . The breakfast was better 3 years ago.

I paid for a bigger room but was given a small room in which one can only get in the bed from one side of the bed. I contacted Expedia and was told there was notthing they could do.
