"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station.
All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay.
1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels.
2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"Was fine for the price, but the room had a mold smell, and the carpet was covered in stains. Was clean though and the bed was clean and super comfortable. Staff were very nice. Area around is okay, mall is nice, but not much around besides that."
