"Booked Seaview apartment two months prior to arrival date, but the owner still failed to accommodate us with the said view, were given the city view instead, disappointed on how they handle the situation and our request, but overall experience was still okay. "

"Terrible experience especially dirty floor. Foot was black colored when walking inside the house. Need to mop the whole house as kids played on the floor. Feedback to PIC but reason given was the house was cleaned maybe 2 weeks ago. Second day morning was out of water while bathing. No water at all around 10am. Lift was always full and need time for waiting the lift due to one lift out of service. "
