"Amazing views of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Room was spacious and comfortable and the bathtub was a real treat after a long day out. Free access to the public Anytime Fitness club was also appreciated. But above all the staff were the icing on the cake - always with smiles and eager to help. "

"Perfectly located to be within walking/transit distance to anything you want to do in London. Easy to get to from Heathrow. Smaller rooms, but clean and well serviced. We will consider this hotel anytime we are in full on tourist mode in London."

"The shower is user unfriendly, the water is fixed in the wall and it is hard to get wet, also the shower is in the bath , not good for the elderly to claim in and out! As I mentioned earlier the time table for the shuttle bus is unreadable and far too high fixed to the wall for short people to use!! Overall not to recommend, but it is close to the airport! "
