"Room we stayed in was really poor condition, needed a real re-vamp. Whilst the lady that checked us in was great…. The guy was quite rude to my son when he went to ask for towels. The spa staff, and facilities were excellent, with good parking. "

"The staff were all pleasant, especially the duty manager, Kieran. There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. Kieran personally came to my room to apologise and suggest a resolution. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the doorman Martino was great. Breakfast was nice, with both halal sausages & cold meats and pork sausages & bacon offered, catering to most patrons. Views over kensington gardens were awesome. The rooms were in great condition and clean. The location is great, and we ventured out via tube, driving, and walking on various days. I'd happily stay here again, and will do so in the future."

The breakfast, which is extra, is delicious. The hotel's location, within easy walking distance of Richmond Green, Kew Gardens, and the Tube, was excellent. Those with heavy luggage should be prepared that some rooms are a half-flight of stairs above the elevator."
