"Experience was great from the moment we exited our airport transfer. Check-in process was good, the welcome drink was refreshing and perfect for a hot day, and their cookies at the reception was delicious. The room was clean, spacious and welcoming. They provided us with a bag that was really useful for bringing to the pool or beach. Service from the housekeeping team was prompt and easy, all requests can be made via their app. There were more than enough loungers by the pool and they have floats available for lounging in the pool as well. "

"Amazing find ! Exceptionally quick check in. The chalet was clean and had everything we needed for our night before our flight. Bed comfy. Aircon good and not noisy. Really large bathroom for the chalet, shower good. The pool looked lovely but we didnt have time to use it. We could barley hear the aircraft even though we were close to the airport. We didnt get a chance to have breakfast as we had an early flight but everything looked clean and tidy. We used the free shuttle which was booked on our arrival and waiting for us. Few shops in the nearby area. Places to eat. 7/11 just down the road. Few massage places to get a last minute treat. Just a short walk down the road to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend. Really affordable and good location for a short break."

"Don’t think of another place, just stay here. Amazing personalised service, the staff knew us after the first couple of days. Currently undergoing renovation but we never felt it, amazing through and through Special staff especially Du (who always had a smile on his face) and the whole buggy team, Pla and the saffron team, and our housekeeping staff member Suchada (K. Poo) Private pools are great, lots of free shuttles to nearby shopping, beach clubs, far enough from the other side of Phuket but still close enough if you want to experience it We spent 9 days there and honestly should’ve easily spent 9 more, we will be back in a few months "
