"We were very happy with our room. It was spotless and very clean! There is a washer in the suite. We were hapoy to be able to clean our clothes before packing for our next destination. The only thing missing were hand towels or paper towels for wiping our hands after washing.
The instructions provided were good only for people driving in. We came by Grab and found the instructions confusing. We managed to find our way to the correct block and elevator by asking the security guards. Thank...

"Never stayed at the Hotel. Call several times to Hotel. No one answered. Contact Hotel.com. No refund! Remember!! Advice for future travelers. Book then. Pay later. Safe guard your trouble reservation. For future don’t pay until you arrived."
