This will always be my favorite place to stay in Kobe! It is very close to one of my favorite places (Ring Soul, a pro wrestling bar), it is very close to Motomachi station, not too far from Sannomiya station, and it's close to many places to shop and eat! During my last stay, the shower and bath facility I had was simply wonderful, absolute luxury! The staff are always friendly and helpful. I don't want to stay anywhere else!

Beautiful property inside and literally in front of the train station. The room was really nice and i loved the TV actually had streaming options that you could chromecast from your phone so that was a plus (most hotels i stayed at only had TV which was limited). There is also a really great shopping street behind the hotel which was really nice. I would def stay here again when i retuen.

I gave a 3 star because the room for standard double really felt like you were in jail. Very nice one, but it felt too dark, no windows, and the layout didn't feel pleasant. Maybe another grade room is better, but this one felt "sad".

It is the perfect location, across from JR train station.. the rooms are very new and the staff although don’t speak English are well equipped to serve foreigners. And the hotel is right in the middle of the best affordable restaurant’s. You couldn’t ask for anything more. Definitely my go to hotel now

It's very close to Motomachi station, walking distance from Meriken park, and there is a wonderful pro wrestling bar a very short walk from here as well! It was perfect for everything I needed. I will stay here again!

Right in front of Motomachi station, super convenient, have access to 3rd floor lounge. My room only had a fake window but didn't bother me that much. The hair dryer wss really good. Would stay again.

Across from the station!
Super conveniently located right across from the station. My room was relatively quiet but the building itself and amenities were a bit older. I’d recommend it and stay again. Check-in was easy and I had no issues while there.

Convenient comfortable hotel with friendly staff
A very pleasant hotel which is very convenient to the city and train station also Chinatown. Hotel room us very comfortable and quiet. Laundry and cleaning is superb with very friendly and efficient staff who spoke very good English and were very helpful. It is very good value and i would highly recommend it.

Hotel and room were in good condition. The bed was super hard and the bathroom was a bit small. Staff were friendly. Breakfast ends at 9:30 and you really have to aim to be there about an hour before that. They stop putting food out at around ten to 9 and at a quarter after they had startwd packing things up.

Perfect location hotel
Perfect location for Motomachi shopping district. Great bakery (Isuzu bakery) around the corner, a must try if you are in the area. standard hotel bathroom. Bed=semi double. washing machines available = 300 yen per 4.5kg load (no need to provide your own washing liquid). Didn’t have breakfast at hotel so cannot comment

Perfectly acceptable for our 9pm arrival and 8am departure. Hotel is a small capsule hotel with a very small bathroom. My y’all partner had to duck and couldn’t stand upright in the shower, and the bed was not comfortable but it was safe and directly across the street from a convenient subway stop.

Very close to Motomachi station
Easy to get to. Staff helpful. Close to shopping restaurants and transit to other points in city. Accommodated leaving luggage pre check-in and post checkout. Room small typical for least expensive rooms in Japan but had everything we needed too be comfortable.

The room was fairly small, but overall just right since we were not in the room much. Bed is comfy. Next to a coco curry ichiban (favorite). There was a laundry room. Close to many other eateries.

great location on edge of Chinatown. able to walk in a more or less straight southernly route to the prettiest Part of Kobe Port at night. super clean modern rooms but just a snig small even by Japanese standards! especially the Bathroom but at least a deep soaker. All in all it stiffened our resolve to be even more organized on future travels.

Great location/noise tradeoff
This was a really great place, especially for the price. The incredible location was both a very good, and possibly somewhat bad point, depending on how much train/street noise bothers you. It's literally across the street from motomachi station, which also basically gives you city center at your doorstep. Night time is quiet, but train noise starts about 6 am or so. It didn't bother us too much, but it might some people. For me, it was definitely worth the great location. The hotel and room overall were pretty nice.

Room was fantastic for the price. Desk area was efficient for getting work done. Location right across the street from JR/Hanshin Motomachi station. My only complaint is the bathroom was so-so compared to other hotels in the area; the shower temperature was fairly inconsistent.

Windows not openable. Room & Toilet too small
Nice location. Good pricing. However, windows are not openable for smoking rooms. Luckily had Air-Purifier Machine to nuetralize the smoke. Room is very small & toilet too. I have to sat at a little angle in order to use the pedestal pan. Staffs at reception have very good command of English. And recommended us to a good and popular Teppanyaki Restaurant for Kobe Wagyu dinner at Sannomiya! Plus point!
