Great location, walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Staff was helpful, we werr there in the dry season and the AC had a hard time keeping up.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff are lovely and extremely helpful with assisting with booking island activities. Their meals are extremely fresh and delicious. We hope to return with friends and family.

We stayed in a family cabin for new year. It was perfect for our family of 2 teens. Beautiful clean beach in front of the property, welcoming hosts, walking distance to a bar for NYeves fireworks and show to see the new year. We also did a path walk to lazy beach with snorkeling and a drink at the resort. Definately come back again.

A boat was supposed to arrived to pick up our group from the jetty. Was told the boat was too busy, and forced to walk almost 2 miles. Likewise on return trips. Poor choice of dinner menu.

The staff were great and this is a beautiful part of the beach. Slightly away from the parties but within a walk of drinks etc Got a good deal on the front cabin due to covid - very lovely but only one issue, the mattress was so uncomfortable - if they got new mattresses I would defo recommend. Hot water and wifi worked most of the time 👍 Picked u up in their boat at the ferry pier if u email them and they let us have a late check out so was lovely stay

Second time here, solid let down this time 😤
I booked again because I like the view and location. This time around myself and the other 2 bungalows we had didn't have hot water unless we asked and even then we only had about 5 minutes of it. The food price nearly doubled since my last trip 8 months ago. Cleaning staff didn't clean, they just sprayed cleaner on the shower floor, they didn't even take out the garbage. Bottom line, I won't be staying here any more, there are plenty of bungalows at the same price point or lower with better amenities. It's too bad really.

Lovely hotel. Amazing view and location.
Great sea view. Amazing room. Clean hotel. Good massages. Perfect destination to get away. Breakfast was very good. We didn't use the restauran much for lunch or dinner since the beach has plenty of options.

this resort is a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island! All of the staff - the boat driver, the cleaning crew, the restaurant waiters, and the receptionists - create this tranquil environment.

Great location, great staff & poor air con
The view from our sea front cabin was spectacular. The cabins are clean and the bed was comfortable. The air con was terrible. They use some eco system that barely cooled the room. If you like frosty AC, maybe not best choice for you. Staff were great, breakfast was great, location was great and the beach was kept clean.

The staff made our stay at Sol Beach so special, they were friendly but not overbearing. The property was cleaned and the sand racked every day. Trash is an issue on the island but at Sol Beach everything was clean with no trash. The massages were affordable and amazing making our time completely relaxing.

It was low season and really not a lot going on on the beach. Went snorkeling and was besieged by noisy chinese tourists all in life vests. corals were heavily damagedy these tourists

Restaurant and bar staff we thoughtful and attentive. We really enjoyed our Swedish massage. The room and bed was comfortable. For the price we would expect a swimming pool. Our bathroom had some marks on toilet and in the bath as well as mould around the shower. The fridge should already be in the room. We weren’t told on arrival that we could request one.

The Resort was lovely and the staff wonderful. I would however caution that if you are coming in from Phnom Penh plan to stay your first night in Shianoukville and to get off the Island the day before return flights. We missed the last ferry and they can get cancelled so ended up having to pay for extra accommodations on those days.

Our bungalow was right on the beach. It had recently been redone and though it is an older bungalow it was very cozy. Sitting on the front porch of the bungalow each day was sheet bliss. You won't even miss the pool because the beach is so gorgeous.

A treat for the end of a busy sightseeing trip.
It was a lovely relaxing end to a 3 week trip round Vietnam and Cambodia. We did struggle to communicate with the resort for our arrival as there were wrong telephone numbers quoted on corespondance. As a result we slogged up the beach with our backpacks which was not a great start. However after that all went well and they looked after us very well indeed.

Paradise Island
Accommodation is amazing. We stayed in one of the taller villas and it was sparklingly clean, lots of space, very comfortable bed and cool thanks to the air con and 2 fans. As lots of reviews have commented it is more expensive that most places on the island but you are getting a large amount of private beach space. The cheaper options are more crowded in and you are on top of both other accommodation and other guests. Here there is so much space for each guest and it’s very quiet. This is what you are paying for. They have kayaks and paddle boards that guests can use for free (although not all the staff knew this so make sure you ask one of the Managers). The only downside was breakfast which was chaotic! On 3 of the 6 days we stayed we got hot drinks that were luke warm at best, stale inedible breakfast cereal, food that arrived at least 15 minutes apart (we’d ordered the same thing), the order was wrong and the waiter liked to ‘remind’ everyone that breakfast finished at 10 frequently. He even complained to us that guests didn’t get up early enough. Thankfully by day 4 they changed to offer a buffet breakfast with an egg station for omelette’s, fried eggs and pancakes. This was a much better option plus if you asked for a fresh coffee and pot of tea they were happy to make one for you. The restaurant as most reviews have said is more expensive than others. As a rough idea 2 fruit smoothies were $7 and at most of the other restaurants this cost $4. Food was good.

This place was increíble, even better than the pictures! Very much worth it, Koh Rong Sanloem is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Only thing that could use improvement is the restaurant, as the service was slow and the food not always great. In any case, would highly recommend!

The resort was beautiful, right on the beach! Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and linens. Gorgeous place, great service, and the breakfast (as well as the adjoining restaurant) were terrific! More expensive than other places on the island, but excellent accommodations!

Given what we saw of the other accommodation on the island, we would say the resort is the best value and has the nicest facilities and beachfront of any on Koh Rong Sanloem. It is a tad pricy for what you get, but I guess that’s what you have to pay to stay in paradise.

Very disappointing and overpriced
incredibly disappointed - extremely overpriced and service was awful. i emailed for a month before trying to organise the boat from koh rong and then the transfer from the pier to the hotel - they kept saying they’d arrange but never did so ended up paying our koh rong hotel $65 for a transfer and they weren’t even at the pier to collect us so had to drag our cases along the sand for 15 minutes. villa infested with insects and got bitten to death every night. drinks prices extortionate and bar staff incompetent. my boyfriend organised flowers and balloons for our room for our arrival on my birthday and they appeared the next day in the afternoon. would’ve been just about acceptable if it the stay had been 1/4 of the price. there are lots of much better places on the island than this!!!

Prachtige boomhutten, mooi, schoon en ruim. Helaas hadden wij tijdens ons bezoek last van ongedierte in/op het dak waardoor wij weinig nachtrust hebben gehad. Gelukkig maakte het prachtige uitzicht en het hoge comfort een hoop goed. Personeel is behulpzaam, maar helaas zijn wij niet opgehaald bij aankomst van de ferry ondanks dat wij dit wel tijdig hadden doorgegeven. Gelukkig wel netjes op tijd weggebracht bij vertrek.

Et helt fantastisk hotel med den smukkeste udsigt
Det mest fantastiske sted. Velindrettede hytter lige ned til det smukke blå vand. Frisklavet morgenmad lavet på bestilling, så ingen dårlig buffetmad. Super service fra et smilende personale. Restauranten tilbyder flere gode retter, laver drinks, juices og meget andet. Det er gratis at låne snorkler, paddle-boards og andre badeting. Deres massage er også meget god. Der er med andre ord intet at klage over ved dette hotel, bortset fra lidt hårde senge. Desværre er hele øen blevet opkøbt af kinesiske entreprenører, som vil rive de gamle hoteller ned og bygge nye resorts. Dette hotel har foreløbig fået et år mere, så besøg det, inden det er for sent.

Dieser Strandabschnitt ist der beste auf diesem Strand. Das Ressort ist gerade im Vergleich zu den anderen qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Tolle Bungolows, Spa Anwendungen und Restaurant. Stand up boards etc. können umsonst ausgeliehen werden. Anreise von der Fähre zum Hotel organisiert das Hotel, wie auch den Transfer zum Flughafen. Klappte alles super. Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte einwandfrei.
