"You can get a free transfer to and from the pier which is super helpful. The hotel is massive and the restaurant breakfast/ food was really nice. It is in a great Location and there is lots to do round it. The hotel restaurant also has entertainment in the evening and the bands were really great. The views are in incredible from the pool near the gym. No pressure if you don’t want to do the diving. "

" Amazing location with stunning views and great ocean access for swimming with turtles, reef sharks and colourful fish. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and housekeeping was excellent. Massage service was great and affordable. We’re in our 50s with knee problems and had no issues with the steps—don’t be put off by reviews! The food was okay, but there are lots of nearby restaurants if you’re looking for more options. Cable TV required a Thai number and payment, which was a small letdown. Still, we had a wonderful time and would love to return. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect everything you need for a great holiday "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Tarna. Decent breakfast spread without being overly fancy. The free shuttle to and from town (and to and from the ferry) was greatly appreciated. The onsite dive school was excellent and we had great dives with them. The fact that their equipment is in great condition and they have their own traning pool at the hotel were big pluses. We had a room with its own pool, which we really enjoyed - But be aware that these rooms are all facing onto the construction site next door. I estimate that it will be ongoing for at least another year (we stayed in April 2025). To be fair it wasn't that intrusive, but I think potential guests should know about it."

"Loved it so much we stayed for an extra 5 days ...cant get a better review than that. The place is totally amazing, the food was great...best Margarita on the beach and the staff were just brilliant. My wife and I were celebrating 20 years so wanted something special and we got it..what an amazing place...could quite happiliy have stayed for the rest of our lives"

"The staff and hotel were excellent except the bathroom had a very strong sewer smell that the staff worked on for are well stay but never really got resolved totally "
