"My kids loved the pools. A cold pool with slides, a hot pool which was great for us parents and two hot tubs. Unfortunately because it was summer and not ski season not all the restaurants were open so it would have been nice if they were for availability and the options."

"We arrived at the hotel quite late with our children. The room itself was fairly small, and we were a little surprised to be given a room on the second floor. With a family and young children, a ground-floor room would probably have been more practical and comfortable, especially since children naturally move around and can make more noise than adults. The biggest issue was the electrical outlets. Almost none of the outlets in the room were working. The only ones that worked were the outlets connected to the lamp and the refrigerator. This made charging our devices very inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was also very poor. Although it was available, the connection kept dropping and was often unusable. Overall, the stay was manageable, but these issues definitely affected our comfort."

"We stayed here as a family with children, and overall we had a very good experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the beds were great, and everything in the bathroom was well prepared and in good condition. There were just a couple of downsides. The hot tub was not working, so we had to drive about 3 minutes to use another one. Also, only two of the outlets in our room were working, which was a bit strange. We only noticed this around 11 PM, so we didnโt want to bother anyone that late and just charged our devices using the power banks we had with us. Other than that, everything was great โ clean, comfortable, and a very pleasant stay overall."

"Great for families, rooms are outdated is the only drawback, pullout was quite worn. Having a full kitchenette was ideal for a family vacation. All and all staff were helpful and prompt, location was perfect. Look forward to what this resort will be like after some room makeovers"

"Our family had a wonderful stay. The hotel would benefit from some modernization and a thorough cleaning but full access to the hot springs and great mountain views does help offset the cost. Both on-site restaurants serve a good variety of menu items that were well prepared and timely considering how busy they were."
