Emerald Lake Lodge
Room very spacious and clean. View of the lake may look different and better in the summer months but not great in winter. Had a problem with being charged twice that was not resolved but luckily my own bank sorted it out.

Sandman Hotel Revelstoke
Expedia would not allow me to change my plans. The website stook me in circles and the the wait times for phone calls was listed as over 1,045 minutes. The inflexibility cost me $250.
