"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their hospitality. The building was a bit old and looked a bit worn. However, the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome."
"The room at the Orakai was spacious, airy, and meticulously clean. The staff very graciously helped us out with various needs (spoon, glass, and ice fetching for our guests), dining recommendations, a cab-driver assist with directions for the driver, etc.). The level and quality of generous customer service and support received at the Orakai exceeds that of even high-end hotels in the US. An excellent and relaxing environment. We stayed for 12 comfortable days. Thank you, Orakai Team!"
