Overall good place to stay. Only having problem with the lift bank where with only one available to use going to park floor. Its so troublesome for waiting or if out of service.

The location is excellent as it is linked to Imago Mall. The furnishings and decor inside the apartment is tired with a pungent and unpleasant smell of moth balls.

Good stay for a family of 6
Convenient location and easy drop-off/pick-up point for Day Tours/Grab cars. Next to IMAGO Mall which have almost all the stores/food outlets. Between 5-20 minutes walk to the Seafood Restaurants and Crafts/Night Market. Our first visit here was memorable and enjoyable. Easy check-in/check out, will visit and stay there in the near future.

위치, 방, 부대시설 모두 완벽
우선 정식 호텔은 아닙니다. 일반인도 거주하는 레지던스 입니다. 그래서 매일 수건을 교체해주거나 방청소를 해주지는 않습니다 (돈을 지불하면 해준다고 합니다) 하지만 드럼세탁기가 잇어 수건은 빨래 돌리면 됩니다. 우선 위치는 이마고 몰과 같은 건물로 현재 코타키나발루에서 가장 좋은 쇼핑몰이라 다른 쇼핑몰 갈 필요가 없습니다. 그리고 소울드아웃, 어퍼스타, 스시집, 난도스, 스타벅스 등등 음식점도 매우 많아서 밥먹는것도 문제 없습니다. 제셀톤 포인트 까지는 약 7-8링깃정도 소요되는 거리 입니다. 10분 내외라서 멀지 않아서 좋습니다. 무엇보다 BCR의 최대의장점은 두개의 수영장입니다. 하나는 인피니티 풀이고 하나는 일반 풀인데 정말 이가격의 숙소에 이정도의 시설이 잇다는것은 행운이라고 생각핮니다. 정말 정비가 잘 되어 잇고 수영장 바로 앞에 헬스장도 잇어서 언제든지 이용 가능 합니다. 무엇보가 코타키나발루 여행이 쇼핑,호핑투어를 제외하면 크게 할것이 없는게 사실 입니다. 그래서 대형 리조트에 묵으실 계획이 아니라면 이 숙소에 묵으시면서, 투어한전 다녀오고, 쇼핑도 같은건물내에서 해결 하시고, 나머지 시간은 레지던스 내 수영장에서 시간을 조내는것도 정말 추천 드립니다 다시 코타키나발루를 간다면 잔드시 이곳에 머무를갓 같네요.

아주 편리하고 만족스러운 숙소입니다.
그냥 보통 호텔정도의 숙소를 생각하고 예약했는데 방3 / 화장실3 / 엄청넓은 거실과 주방이 있네요. 한국 아파트 기준 45평대 크기 생각하시면 될 것 같습니다. 상당히 깨끗하게 관리되고 있고 관리인도 아주 친절합니다. Thank you. Daphne. ^^ 개미가 간혹 있긴 하지만 음식물만 밖에 두지 않고 바로바로 버리면 전혀 문제될 정도는 아니구요. 이마고몰과 연결되어 있어 쇼핑몰 안과 주변에 저렴하고 맛있는 현지식당, 고급 레스토랑, 푸드코트, 편의점 등등을 사용하는데 전혀 불편함이 없습니다. 공항, 워터프론트, 제셀톤포인트 등 주요지점과 그랩으로 4~6링깃 정도면 충분히 이동가능하고 그랩도 거의 상시대기 수준으로 많습니다. 레지던스가 룸서비스 등 부분에서는 호텔보다 불편한 부분도 있겠지만 세탁기가 숙소안에 있다는 건 엄청난 메리트입니다. 특히 물놀이 좋아하시는 분께는 아주 큰 장점이죠. 다음에 코타에 가게 되면 다시 한 번 들르고 싶은 곳입니다.

가족여행 숙소로 훌륭합니다.
스탭 Daphne가 정말 친절했습니다. 새로 지어진 이마고몰 위의 주상복합 아파트 입니다. 세탁기, 전자레인지, 코피포트등 필수 가전제품이 모두 준비되어 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 가족과 함께 액티비티하고 쉬기에 좋아요. 다만 이마고몰은 다른 쇼핑몰에 비해 가격이 비싸고 환전 수수료 등이 비싸므로 참고하세요.

다시 가도 이 곳으로
좋은 점 : 1. 자녀를 둔 가족이 머물기 좋은 숙소입니다. 옵션에서 넓은 면적을 신청했더니 두 가족이 머물러도 될 정도로 넓고 침대도 많았음. 2. 조리할 수 있는 주방과 넓은 거실, 수영장, 이마고몰이 지하라 편의적인 면에서 100점 3. 청소도 잘 되어 있고 벌레도 없고 화장실도 깨끗했음 아쉬운 점 별로 없지만 도착시 영어로 카톡 연락을 해 약속시간을 잡고 안내를 받아야 해서 조금 당황스러웠음.

너무너무 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.
수영장을 비롯하여 무료 와이파이와 무료 세탁이 된다는 것이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 또한 호스트가 무척이나 친절하여 코타키나발루 여행에 있어 도움을 주었으며 숙소가 찾기 힘들다는 후기가 있었는데 사실상 전혀 힘듦이 없었습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 가격대비 최고의 숙소가 아닐까 생각합니다!

위치를 제외하고는 만족도 낮은 숙소
위치는 그야말로 최고!!! 그러나 관리는 전혀 안되고 있었어요 ㅜㅜ 세탁기에는 전 숙박인이 쓰던 수건빨래가 가득 비치된 수건은 낡았고 관리자는 한 번도 나타나지 않았어요 에어컨은 온도 조절이 잘 안되었어요. 전체적으로 위치 빼고는 다 별로인 숙소 이마고몰 레지던스가 나쁜게 아니라 이 숙소만 관리가 안되어 그런 것 같아요. 다음부터는 그냥 호텔로 갈 생각이예요.

We have actually relocated you to another company’s room due to a problem with the room you originally booked, and all our other rooms are already fully occupied. It was a sudden decision and we apologize for the quality of the room that we relocated you to, they were the only choice available at that moment. 다시 가면 전체 일정을 여기서...
너무나 깔끔하고 깨끗한 숙소였습니다. 냉장고, 전자렌지, 인덕션, 드럼세탁기 다 구비되어 있고 수영장은 인피니티풀 같이 편안하고 좋았습니다. 모르는것 타톡으로 물어보면 일일이 사진첨부해서 알려주고... 밑이 이마고몰이라서 놀기도 좋고... 아마도 다시 코타 간다면 여기서 계속 묵을겁니다. 가격도 저렴하고 너무 만족스러운 숙소입니다.

이 가격대에 구할 수 없는 호텔!!
정말 가격에 비해서 시설도 너무 좋고 한국 영화가 나오는 채널도 나옵니다. 바로 옆에 이마고몰이 있어서 쇼핑하기도 편하고 각종 식기나 수저, 그릇, 전자레인지, 전기레인지, 커피포트, 냉장고 등이 있어서 진짜 불편함은 없습니다. 다만 초반에 한 명당 수건 한 장씩 주고 끝이라 길게 묵으신다면 수건이 문제가 될 듯 합니다. 세탁기는 돌리면 너무 뜨겁고 문이 안열려서 끙끙....세탁실은 창문이 그냥 뚫려있어서 방음이 전혀 안되기 때문에 밤에 돌리는 건 자제해야합니다. 개미가 무척 많아요. 음식물 그냥 놔두시면 개미들이 줄지어서 먹으러 옵니다. 바퀴벌레같은 벌레도 한 번 나왔구요. 그래도 뜨거운 물 잘 나오고 위치 최고!! 방도 넓고 침대도 푹신하고 에어컨도 잘 됩니다!! 수영장은 큰 거 하나 작은 거 하나 있는데 작은 것도 엄청 작진 않고 사람이 없어서 편하게 노실 수 있습니다. 진짜 뷰 최고!!! 베란다에 빨래 건조대도 있습니다. 직원분도 너무 친절하셨어요!

쇼핑몰과 가까운 최적의 위치
늦은 밤 도착해서 1박 하였습니다. 2bed 2bath 아파트라서 상당히 넓고, 침대 condition도 좋았습니다. 가장 만족스러운 것은 이마고몰 간의 거리입니다. 수영장과 세탁기도 있었는데 이용해보지는 못했습니다. 단점으로는 공항 근처라서 밤에 비행기 소리가 나는 것과 약간 낡은 부분인데 저희에게는 큰 문제는 아니었습니다.

Loft B로 예약되어있었는데 Loft A로 되어있어 의아했다..뭐가다른지알수없어 조금기분 나빴지만 편안하게 내집처럼 이용했고 보완까지 철저해서 좋았지만 수영장은 물이더럽거나 차가워서 별로였다 이마고몰을 이용하기에 너무좋았다

몰과 함께 있어서 식사 해결하기에 편리했고 인테리어도 깔끔하고 관리도 잘되어있어 좋았어요. 수영장은 넓고 깨끗햇니 호텔 부럽지않았어요. 100% 재방문합니다! Hi Debronski ~ I had good memories about KK because of you and your house. I hope go again .
