1. Got to the hostel around 3:30 pm on arrival date, but had to wait for them to Start make up room. At first they asked me to get the twin-bed room and move to king-bed room the next day. I said no as I obviously booked double-bed room which means 1 big bed, plus I traveled by my own, so there is no reason for me to stay in twin-bed room. They asked me to wait as they needed to do a makeup in a double room. They even mentioned that “because you want a big bed, and it’s still dirty. So you have to wait”. I repeat, I got there around 3:30 pm which is 2 hours after their standard check-in time. It means they kind of need to manage the rooms for the arrivals each day.
2. Electric outlets are truly not working even with the universal devices like iPhone charger or even their own hair dryer provided in the room. Luckily, I brought my own global adapter. But that’s it, I could charge my devices once at a time.
