Location is great and very convenient. Room is very small and could use some work on the cleanliness. The decor is also old and little bit tacky. The shower leaks in the bathroom. Overall, it is a good hotel for the location, everything is at a walkable distance.

Lady at front desk was very helpful.but evening male staff were grumpy. It made you felt that you were bothering them when you asked questions. Met a very polite cleaning staff in elevator and thanked us visiting and they could have a job. Unbelievable and humble me. Hotel shows its age but the location of the property with great shopping and transportation

Nicely tucked away from the busy streets of Jordan. Although outdated renovations this hotel is very close to nearby amenities: MTR, restaurants, bakery and A22 airport bus line. The FOH can be a bit abrupt depending on who you get… Overall a good stay and will consider returning to this hotel next time in HK.

My overall experience of this staying is positive. The front desk staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. One thing that needs improvement is room service. It is understood that bedsheet is not changed regularly because we all want to be environmental friendly. However it will be nice to have a room touch up daily rather than done by request. There are also some old stains on the floor. Occupants at other rooms on the same floor have kids, both the parents and the children made loud noises in the evening. It is a bit disturbing.

The property was clean and located in a convenient location. The only thing that I didn't like is the poor sound insulation. You could hear people talking in the corridor or closing door.

The property did not serve breakfast during Christmas season. Lounge/bar was also closed. Rooms were tiny; it was hard to have a suitcase in the room!
