"This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing.
I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back."

"We stayed at The Jing in the north of Bali, and it’s a place that stands out for its calm and simplicity.
Everything feels clean, quiet, and carefully arranged without being overdone. The level of personal service is exceptional. Really attentive in a natural way.
The meals were the absolute highlight. Each meal was served in a different setting around the property and was very private. Often quite romantic, which made our evenings feel even more special.

"Me and my family had a wonderful vacation at Sanggraloka Ubud. It had such a wonderful view of valley with the location only being 20 minutes away from Ubud Center. the farm has many spices collections, so they educate my children the name of spices that are usually used by Balinese people. "

"Room was very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. It was a beautiful villa and very peaceful. Wish I couldve stayed longer. Only issue was the road that leads to it is very bad and my drivers had a hard time reaching it. "

"It's a very atmospheric place, and I don't regret staying there overnight. I can recommend it, but understand that this is a house in the countryside and there might be small insects in the room. The grounds are excellent, green and beautiful, with two parking lots, but they're small. The restaurant is tasty and fast. The specialty is the average portions. Breakfast is okay. The rooms are nice, plenty of space, and the toilets are decent. There were a few complaints about the bathroom. Cons:...

"Perfect stop after traveling from Nusa Penida back to the mainland. The hotel is a little dated and needs some renovations but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone on the staff were wonderful; a special shout out to Ega and Ariani. They are sweethearts but again, everyone on the staff were wonderful. We loved the food, as well."

"Check-in was smooth. We were welcomed and was provided with welcome drinks. Then reception received us to go through our reservations and what we were offered with our reservations.
The resort was beautifully laid and we were quickly driven by golf cart to our rooms. Our bags were already in our rooms and was shown various amenities in the rooms.
Staff made this hotel. They were very friendly, courteous and very caring.
Breakfast was a buffet style with so much to eat and drink. They had Indonesian, Indian and western food for breakfast. Staff at the breakfast buffet was ever helpful. A shutout to Yoga, Intan, Erlin, Mia and Dek Mi, who took care of all our needs throughout the entire breakfast. Thank you."
"The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The property is beautiful, with a lot of greenery, flowers, water features, and stone. The pool is an infinity pool that drops into a deep rainforest. We had a room with a private balcony that felt very secluded. We really enjoyed the fire dance. The hotel is located easily accessible to downtown Ubud with amenities on the street without being smack dab in the chaos and traffic. Particularly for the price, this is an incredible resort, and we look forward to coming back. My boyfriend also says the samosas were the best he’s ever had."
"all food was fantastic. just know that everything is outdoor-style. no ac in eating area.
staff was terrific. rooms good, just understand bugs sometimes get in room, especially if you leave lights on, need to ensure you keep balcony closed at night if lights on
location is a bit difficult with poor road access but worth it"
