"I can’t say enough good things for this hotel! It was our first time to Kyoto, the location was so ideal so walk everywhere. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The restaurant was perfect. We had the best time, can’t recommend enough! "

"Although a little out of the way, we loved our stay at this hotel! It was spotless and felt new and fresh!The onsen was wonderful! Navigating in the city was easy via bus or train. The western breakfast options were a bit sparse but we didn’t mind as there was a 7-11 conbini right next door. "

"The in house lounge wear (t-shirt and pants) was a little odd, most Japan hotels provide kimono style robes! Twin beds’ room style seemed big, but there’s not enough space for 2 regular size suit cases since the bed frame is low to the floor! Luckily did not purchase breakfast, the only restaurant is small and always overcrowded with tours! Don’t think anyone will enjoy a relax breakfast! "
