"There was a concern in our room but the front desk came to our room and inspected it and addressed it right away.. I’m very satisfied how they addressed and acknowledged the concern..
Highly recommend this hotel when you’re in Tokyo"
"Absolutely fantastic hotel in all terms. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The room size is small, but there are no complaints at all, as you can easily store the unused large suitcases and the bed, and the entire space is yours to use. One of the best coffees in rooms. We didn't opt for breakfast, so no comments on that. Very quiet rooms, despite being in a busy location. Access to the station is walkable, even with big luggage. Restaurants nearby are good, but an early dinner is better as you've to wait if you go late. There are also many convenience stores nearby. I will definitely stay back next time. "
"Clean, air-conditioned, and convenient. Used to foreigners, so all transactions were easy and the staff was very helpful. Surprisingly good breakfast. "
"Excellent 3star hotel in the heart of Ginza. Very close to Tokyo Station.
Breakfast has many choices of Japanese and some western cuisine but a little bit expensive though.

"This a very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff! The rooms are nice and the pajamas that are provided are both top and bottoms, which is nice. Also take complementary toiletries are very nice and they have an extremely large option/range of things to choose from including nice face products!"
"The hotel was great! Location is awesome is Ginza with a metro line directly out the door makes it easy to get around the city.
Great AC for the summer time but one note to make was the beds are definitely harder so just be aware of this if you need a bit softer type bed to sleep. Everything else was really good and we would stay again! "
