"This is a VERY unique property and even more so given the location to downtown Banff. The amenities are numerous and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any needs you may have. Parking is very expensive on site, however, so take that into account during your stay and for your budget. If possible, select a room on the back side of the hotel to get a view of the mountains! "

"We returned here after 12 years. Still nice! Love having a kitchen ti cook in. Had everything you need except a pitcher. Pans could be newer but other than that it was nice. Loved the private covered patio/balconies...we could sit outside and enjoy the mountain view even while it rained. Gorgeous view! Beds were comfy. The steam room was out of order sadly, but the hot tubs outside are really nice. Underground parking is a bonus too. Loved our stay in beautiful Canmore."
