"The room is very clean, spacious and has a great view of the Lucerne riverfront. It is very close to the Lucerne’s train stain (Hauptbahnhof) and the hotel has elevator. Breakfast is very good and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel when you visit Lucerne. "

"Hotel Des Alpes is the place to be in Luzern from the moment i arrived until i left. Everyone was nice and friendly, helpful and tryly made my stay unforgettable. The room i stayed in has a direct view of the Chapel.Bridge, its centrally located and close to everything. The restaurant on the first floor is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this storybook town!"
