"Very lovely, well-maintained and comfortable accommodation close to the cablecar station that takes you up the mountain. Has a nice restaurant and hiking equipment facilities on the ground floor."

"Breakfast was great and the nearby supersento was really a treat. The showerhead was very nice with multiple settings and great water pressure.
The parking looked good, the hotel was uphill from the station and the shuttle stopped at 8pm, but it was easy to go by bus from the nearby Hashimoto station.
The morning shuttle went to Hachioji Station, about 15 minutes away."

"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"This place is out of the way, in a nice quiet area, surrounded by tree covered hills. You do get your own, self contained room. The only real downside was that the room was not labelled as a smoking or non-smoking room...so it had been smoked in previously and some lingering effects from that. Otherwise, great spot!"

"The front desk staff and house keeping were great. They made my stay the best experience because they had an concerned interest in what ever situation I was talking about even when it wasn't hotel related. The entire area from the outside to my room and the cleanest of the room was perfect. Many restaurants and shops near by and a train station to move about with ease."

"An Outstanding Stay at the Hyatt Tokyo
During our trip to Japan, we stayed in four different hotels, and the Hyatt Tokyo clearly stood out as the best. The service, cleanliness, and breakfast buffet were exceptional—impeccable in every detail and superior to any other hotel we visited.
Our room offered a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, which made our stay even more memorable. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive and professional, and the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet were truly remarkable.
Having experienced several hotels in Japan—and even multiple Hyatt properties in the United States—I can confidently say that none matched the level of excellence provided by the Hyatt Tokyo. I highly recommend it to any traveler seeking comfort, quality, and outstanding service, good location too!"
"Keio Hotel is my go-to place to stay in Tokyo. It's in a quieter part of Shinjuku, close to all the major subway lines. The service is very good, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed. Many rooms offer excellent views of the city. The breakfast buffet options are nothing short of amazing. Most of the staff speak English and are happy to help. Highly recommended."
