"The hotel is clean, close to Big Ben in England and the London Eye. There are a few gift shops on a somewhat dirty street under the tunnel where the car park is situated, but you can also find shops on your way to Big Ben. A Starbucks is near the hotel as you head toward the London Eye. The hotel does have restaurants on the premises; however, there are no other dining options nearby. Overall, we received excellent service from most of the hotel staff, although we encountered a few individuals who seemed less enthusiastic and unwilling to help on a particular day. We had shower door issues, but they were fixed immediately. We requested the key for the terrace and got it as soon as they could bring it up, but the gentleman did not explain anything, just asked me to sign for the key and figure things out myself. "

"Firat time out of Canada and we felt at home. Super friendly staff and just an amzing experience. My next trip i would stay there again in a heart beat.only downfall was everything was card and it ended up costing me more for.meals but thats not Novotels fault. Best experience. Will miss the staff. Wish i had gitten back early enough to say goodbye to the staff vecause they were just amazing."

"Chris was the most helpful and made sure we were taken care of during our entire stay. Chris was off the morning of our departure, and he still ensured our taxi was waiting for us at 5AM! The breakfast was perfect and all of the staff were happy and courteous. Definitely returning to this location on our next visit!"

"The Staybridge Suites in Vauxhall was a superb hotel for my 9 day holiday in London. The room and facilities were well kept and maintained, the staff friendly and helpful, and the overall service made it a comfortable place to return to each evening. "

"Nice clean room close to the us embassy - the purpose of our visit. Nothing to dislike and both receptionists we saw were extra friendly and helpful delaying our check in in case we needed longer. Didn’t have any food so no comment on that but everything was great."
