"We were upgraded to a suite with full kitchen which was fully outfitted. The suite was very comfortable. Views over English Bay & Stanley Park were wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy ($25/night). Only one nit: it’s a pet friendly hotel and the room next door had a yappy dog that wouldn’t shut up. (Fortunately it was quiet overnight or we would really have been pissed!) "

"Clean and comfy room. This was the first couple of nights of a 2 week trip so having so much space and a kitchen was really helpful. Location is central and hotel is easy to find with a supermarket conveniently over the road. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"The place is lovely and has a homely feel. Very comfortable and the staff were great and helpful. They even gave us a little gift for our anniversary too! Breakfast was great with plenty of options, 24 laundry, area is good and easy access to everywhere. The room was like a little home! Would recommend it and would definitely stay there again."
