"The staff were friendly and helpful as always. Good options in the room not as kid friendly as expected. Breakfast needs a simpler option than a buffet or a set menu. A simple cafe. Room was lovely. Clean and everything worked. Coffee machine was awesome. "

"I had a great stay at the Eaton. It is a clean modern hotel with many amenities. They clean your room daily at the hotel. I personally used the fitness center frequently. The staff was friendly , courteous, and professional. The location is great—it’s right on the border between Kowloon and Mongkok which makes it a great location to explore both areas. It’s also near the Jordan MTR station which gives you access to all parts of the city. Also, the A21 airport bus stops within a block of the Eaton hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel. "
