The restaurant was priced higher than local but mostly less than USA/Europe. $5 pizza here would have been $10 in usa. $10 tuna steak here would be $20 in USA. "

"The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."
