"The delightful staff made me know i was back in Liverpool. They were so friendly snd helpful.We have stayed here before but not since the downstairs areas have been opened up .It looks very good. We enjoyed our dinner for 11 of us on the first night , good food and our room was clean with a comfortable bed and spacious . .Good location too. "

"The communication from the company was exceptional and very clear. The rooms are clean and provided for, the beds reasonably comfy etc.. but unfortunatly when we arrived the whole flat smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. It is however easy to get to and worked for us for a business trip at the dock."
