Best rooms in town

We planned to stay yet again in this hotel for an overnight stay and loved it so much booked another’ night rooms are great and fabulous for location staff are wonderful and nothing is a problem also very friendly and informative

Amazing

It was amazing so relaxing and peaceful. The room was huge and the beds were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Will definitely be recommending and will be booking again. Each room had it's own movie theme it was gorgeous.

Send an email for breakfast option, even called the hotel to arrange for this. Day of check in they informed us that breakfast is no option. The shower was broken so we were unable to adjust the temperature. Floor was damaged

I booked this for my partners bday We both enjoyed our evening went for food and drinks before checking in. Loved the room, size is amazing, we both enjoyed the bathroom spent time chilling in the jacuzzi/bath The only thing I forgot to mention is the noise coming from the vent. The noise was all night and did keep us awake I would return with my partner or for a girls trip

We spent a few nights here for a city break, having never visited Liverpool before. The hotel was fabulous and the staff so lovely throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location

Great location and good size room the only issues we had was the bathroom and absolutely no info in the room regarding he heating or air con. The jacuzzi we didn’t use as the tap had fell off and we couldn’t get the water to heat up , no shampoo or anything in the bottles

This hotel has themed rooms and was fun. It is in the heart of the night club district so gets noisy late at night. Staff were great - responsive, very friendly and helpful. It was wheechair friendly but the bathroom size was a,bit of a challenge.

The hotel was located centrally and easy to get around everywhere. The staff (especially Faye) were brilliant when ever we needed help or advise. I would recommend the hotel for affordability and location. I would have no problem recommending the hotel to anyone else.
