Third time staying on this hotel,the exterior looks old but the cleanliness is superb. The area is safe walkable to Alabang town center and Molito wherein plenty of restaurant options and shopping. 10 Mins drive to SM southmall and Festival Mall. Transportation is very accessible. The staff here are all friendly,especially the Morning shift security guard, who always greeted you with a warm smile. Definitely will stay here again.

Great property overall with beautiful and spacious rooms, a nice pool and a decent breakfast spread. The hotel staff are kind and always helpful.

Have been staying with Crimson for many years and now changed to Quest Plus. Everything remains as good but always room for improvement. Staffs at Executive Lounge are well trained.

Booked this for my parents, this is our usual go to hotel whenever we are in Manila. Easy, seamless and nearby the airport.

It is a very comfortable hotel with spacious room. Not too far a walk from Runway Manila if you don’t have big luggage. Breakfast was good.

It’s a somerset so very nice if a tiny bit expensive Plus points as opposed to say citadines also in the group is that somerset has carpet’s reducing noise from corridors and neighbours Always nice and if not always fixed

The hotel was good, very spacious. Service was fine and food was good. I am aware they are doing renovations but the smell does linger a bit. It would be best to have extra vents and not depend on air fresheners to mask the smell because the odour will linger post renovation.
