Good location. Close to the strip for access. Farthur for quietness. The floors didnt appear tl be that clean. There was debris and a bobby pin in clear view. A few strands of hair underneath sheets. Some things in room were need some repair. Toilet roll holder will probably fall out soon. Shower knob was difficult to turn.

Walking to everywhere, amazing location and very nice people to help at any time. Sugestión? Fix the shower door they are wrong locate, is difficult to get out of the shower without getting all the floor wet and to pick the towel far from the exiting, as the hunger is far away. Other than that is an excellent hotel.

When checking out they charged me for self parking but then took both of my room keys. We ended up having to pay another $20 to get out seeing as we didn't have time to go back in and get another key to get out.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Requested twice for housekeeping, never came. We stayed there for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned the entire stay. On 4/29/24 around 9:00 am, we went to the front desk to do late check-out which we were willing to pay. Lena was extremely rude and does not acknowledge questions and continue to type and look at the computer. When she does acknowledge you, she gives a snarky reply. She is definitely in need of customer service training or work for DMV. We just had to walk away so we didn’t have to deal with her. It seems like she gets away with behavior like this and never gets reprimanded. There’s a reason this hotel is cheaper. It’s not worth it.

Room was ok. Compliments include. - nice tv. - comfortable bed - good outlet and usb placement Opportunities for improvement include - Lighting. Entry light switch only controls hallway light. I had to turn on my cell phone flashlight to make my way to a table lamp. Light placement could be improved by locating a light in the room close to the entry hallway. Ideally, this newly placed lamp could be turned on using the entry switch. - Bathroom toilet is low. Difficult for seniors to get on and off of. - Bathroom towel racks. Only towel rack is on the shower door. It would have been nice to have a 2nd towel rack somewhere. - Bathroom light switch for area over sink is not convenient. - No soap dish for the bar soap. - bar soap sticks to the shelf in the shower once it dries. It was difficult to pry it off to use. - No Kleenex provided for Bedroom area.

There was a security guard our 2 night yelling at patrons about showing their room key. I understand the importance of security but he escalated several situations in in the amount of time it took me to get in my elevator. No I did not have a confrontation with him but several patrons did. I was not under the influence at all but most Vegas guest are and the way he was addressing patrons you guys will have an incident soon enough. I wouldn’t run him off but his verbal interactions need to be brushed up on. If he got up off his chair that particular night with the same tone he was using I’m almost certain I would be writing a witness statement not a review. Overall the stay was great, from house keeping to the great view of the strip. Thank you.

i've nevered heard so many sirens at night in my life.. i've never been in a room where you can hear everything going on outside. The beds are comfortable but the room is ran down. The food selection is super high priced and sucks ... if your on a budget you can make it work. location is good . and Vallet/Bell was excellent and fast .. check in was simple and fast o used the kiosk.. The air conditioner is only ran for 30 min and Automatically shuts off and it only gets to 68° which it doesn't even feel like 68° more like 70°. I like my to fell fresh and brisk and it was hot and muggy .. i personally would not stay their again ..

Did you really need to place a "convenance" counter near the elevators that charged us $20 for chips and Gatorade? Your casino prints money, so why the aggressive cash grab at every turn? Stop insulting your clientele and use some of your money to fix the smashed mirrors in your elevators. 3 of the four escalators providing access/egress to the strip were out of order the last day of our stay. As for our room, 1448: Paint the sink tower, it's worse than a Motel 8. Additionally, we booked a single room with a King-sized bed and were (without notice) assigned a room with two beds and a view of your parking garage. Put some plants on the roof of the lower pool level and fix the 14th Floor vending machine, which says it accepts credit cards but does not. Speaking editorially, design the spot so it looks like something other than a bus depot in Des Moines, make the Horeshoe a tribute to classic LV, like the excellent show we saw there. The great spots in Vegas now have clear and artistic themes, the Horeshoe does not - It looks (and feels) like nothing in particular.
