She said my room wouldn’t be ready for a few more HOURS or I can take a different room now. I took the room that was ready and had a nice view of the back of the building. "

"Unfortunately this time I had several issues wat checkin. They had to assign me to 3 different rooms as the first two were not clean. They had trash, makeup and food inside. This is the first time this happens to me and I come every year with my whole team. I hope this is a one time issue maybe with a particular cleaning person."
