"I was able to check in and out out of hours easily. The Hostel is 10 minute walking distance from a train station and is close to Bugis area which i would recommend to check out. The instructions were clear and the staff was helpful. I didnt know how to open the lock to the red box when I came in after hours and I called the staff, they amswered right away and helped me solve it."

"I was ripped off by an Expedia computing error by $180 on top of a $240 bill for this hotel. All I get on complaining when ask for the money back is no reply sites and surveys like this I have been with them for years...they seem to be on the down"
