"AC was difficult to adjust. It was either too cold or too hot in our room They provide water to refill but it's only in one floor. Cleanliness could improve in the hallways outside the rooms. Unfortunately we did find a roach in our room. Location was nice since there is an MRT station very close by and a mall The staff for most part was helpful if we needed anything from them, they immediately provided it. "

"A very convenient location and the vibe is good in the hotel, all staffs are helpful and friendly too. Just sometimes the noise from corridor is a bit too loud (my room is near the lift). But overall a wonderful few stay here, and will come back for next trip. "

"Pleasant stay all round. Staff is cordial. Room cleanliness good. Buffet breakfast is good with plenty of fresh and sweet fruits as well as a wonderful coffee machine churning up delicious cafe latte with the option of selecting more milk foam. MRT is just right around the corner which is important for me to travel around the island, meeting my extended family & some old friends. "
