"Room was spacious and clean. Nice toiletries. Tea and coffee provided but these were basic. Limited choice of food at the bar in the evening. Easy 5 minute walk to South Terminal."

Waitress (sorry I didn’t take name to mention, 7pm table of 4 Friday 10/4) was brilliant, really attentive and excellent with our kids (daughter 9 and son 13.) thank you! Spa was disappointing, dirty floor and toilets, broken lockers. really not what you expect to see in a nice hotel. No jacuzzi either. Spa lift to rooms was out of order so we had to get back into the hotel room from outside and through lobby. "

"We have stayed at this Hotel a few times over the last couple of years, staff are always friendly and efficient. I usually ask for a room on an upper floor which have always been quiet, unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor close to the main road, but there was a constant noise in the room (a loud humming) which went on all night, making it difficult for us both to sleep! We were also told at check in that their parking charges have gone up, we were still charged £10 as we'd booked earlier, but not sure I'd stay again depending on how much it has increased by, as really parking for Hotel customers should be free in my opinion!"

"Very nice hotel. Well appointed, very clean. Food and service was great. Biggest let down is it was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on - it was so hard, we did not get a good rest which was super disappointing. Hopefully they update their mattresses as I’m sure this is not the first complaint on comfort. "
