"The room was very clean and everything stocked up well - thanks its lovely to be able to make coffee in your room. As a personal point of view it would be nice to be able to make two coffees per day rather than one - so four sachets rather than two. All staff were excellent and most helpful. Was most impressed with the room service, only took 15 minutes to reach my room. Check-in was quick and check-out very very quick. Breakfast was great - good variety of food and very relaxed - didn't feel pressured in any sense to leave my table and so was able to enjoy a second flat white - very important to me in the mornings. Thank you - would recommend the hotel to anyone."

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, la habitación limpia y cómoda, y el hecho de que tuviéramos la posibilidad de dejar nuestra maleta en su storage al hacer el check out fue un gran plus para poder recorrer la ciudad nuestro último día. "From the day we arrived to when we left we'd had the most wonderful stay at The Copthorne Tara Hotel, at the guest relations desk a lovely lady called Jamila took care of our check in and questions , i wear a lanyard showing that i have disabilities and Jamila was so kind , helpful and friendly on more than one occasion , she is really a credit to the hotel. The room was very nice comfy and clean. We had breakfast for 3 mornings which was very good and catered for everyone . " ALL " of the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly and the added bonus was the hotel was only just over a 20 min walk to The Royal Albert Hall. We also ate in the Bugis Kitchen the food was excellent , plentyful and a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay again."
