"Clean, tidy, comfortable room. Pros: Large TV, comfortable bed, large, convenient shower. Cons: No closet, only wall-mounted coat hooks, no refrigerator, small safe (it won't fit a tablet). Friendly staff; they held my suitcase for both check-in and check-out."

"Aparthotel, they clean the room after staying 8 nights there. So you requested clean extra towels for the room and they were nice. Location was great… felt safe area. People was nice close to metro, and Effel tower view! Great"

"Our stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. It was our first time in Paris, and we chose this property primarily because of its proximity to the Eiffel Tower and its relatively low nightly rate of $342, which we felt was still quite expensive. The hotel’s website advertised light-colored, neat, and new rooms. However, upon our arrival, we were met with an old hotel and a blood-red room that was nothing like the pictures we had seen online. The website also claimed that the hotel had air conditioning, but when we inquired about getting it working, we were informed that there was no air conditioning and that we should simply open a window. The shower had almost no water pressure and leaked from the side. To top it off, the overall size of the room was extremely small, which was a stark contrast to the images we had seen online when we booked. We had reached out to Expedia to request a refund so that we could find a different property, but they informed us that the hotel would not process the refund since we had already checked in. The only redeeming feature of this hotel was the amazing café across the street. We spent every morning there, enjoying a coffee and some amazing pastries. The hotels offering of cereal and some basic eggs and bacon for 14 pounds seemed way out of line considering our daily bill for 3 at the café was around 24 pounds. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere. "

"Room was decent. Location was good, easy access to metro. Breakfast had a good selection. Building wasn’t very quiet, lots of noise from throughout the building."

"The staff were all so welcoming and helpful; they were the highlight of the stay. The breakfast was my second favorite; lovely extensive buffet with something for everyone. The bar was nice but pretty crowded both nights we went around 4-7 pm; we saw many people unable to get seating and leave each night. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food and service was nice but it was noisy because it is open and directly next to the bar. We stayed in a room with balcony that was lovely. Bed comfy, coffee in room much appreciated, robes and slippers to use, bathroom large and modern. My only one pet peeve for the hotel is that at the bottom of the elevator is a big display of lots of perfumes and it smells really strongly. As a person that is allergic to perfumes it had me sneezing and eyes watering every time I used the elevator."

"Excellent breakfast, beautiful view from the room. About 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. You can see Eiffel Tower right from outside the hotel entrance. Location is excellent . So close to a mall and good dining options. Staff is very helpful. They let us check in 2 hours before the check in time. "
