The staff couldn’t do enough, they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Places to visit, walks etc. The food was amazing, portions were big and the service was excellent. "We had a 1 night stay while attending a nearby festival, but wish we'd stayed longer. The most wonderful staff, particularly Mandy on Reception who was super friendly and helpful. 11 out of 10!
In addition, the bed had a very comfortable mattress, the rooms had lovely views, the location was great just off the A1. We had a drink on the terrace in the sunshine and enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer. Recommend!"
