The staff were really friendly and our room was good, it's a shame the bar closes early, we were up there for a gig at the Town Hall and wanted a drink afterwards with our friends, luckily the Bruce Arms were very accommodating. "Picture postcard hotel. We had a garden room which was tastefully decorated and being able to sit in our own conservatory was great but the hotel had a bar and snug which were also lovely spaces. Beautiful garden with stunning views over to Hawes and it was just so peaceful to sit out there. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast and we also had dinner in the hotel and this was beautifully presented and delicious."
